When l buy online, do I get the same prices as the retail stores?

Almost always. In addition, buying online occasionally comes with perks such as access to discounts, flash sales and vouchers.

How do I begin shopping on schoolkits?

Once you have found the product you want to buy (By using our search bar or Navigating through our categories)

  • Click on ‘Add to cart’ to add this product to your cart
  • Click on ‘Cart’ in the top right corner
  • Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your email and password
  • Enter your shipping/billing information
  • Choose your preferred payment option
  • Click on ‘Place order’ to complete your order

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details.

How long will it take to receive my orders?

Lagos orders – within 1 – 4 days
Outside Lagos – within 2 – 7 days

What are my delivery options?

Your order will be delivered to your shipping address as provided. You can also opt for pick up at any of our retail stores at no charge.

Can I return any item I buy on schoolkits?

We offer a 7 day return policy on the following basis alone

  • Delivery of a wrong item
  • Damaged product
  • Wrong size

An exchange would be made to this effect. We do not accept returns nor offer refunds. We offer exchanges only.

Are there any delivery charges?

Yes. Delivery is calculated based on location and weight of product ordered.

What if an item is out of stock?

Our team works tirelessly to ensure all products you see are in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. You will be notified as soon as possible and we either offer an alternative or notify you when it’s back in stock
